From 323 to 350 6BC Alexander the great enjoyed ice crushed and flavoured with honey and flowers nectar. So we now have one more reason why Alexander is actually called the great because he loved ice cream. There were also sketchy reports that the Chinese like to have ice added to milk and rice.

At that time the popularity of ice cream skyrocketed in regions of Continental Europe. A manuscript describing the coronation ceremony of English King Henry the fifth describes a banquet delicacy called “crème frez”. King Charles 1 was perhaps the first came to widely use cream ice during the 1700s it appeared regularly on his table. His chef became an enormously rich by selling the recipe to a handful nobleman. However many new inventions like printing, ice cream did not come without criticism on religious grounds. They criticized eating sinfully delicious ice cream. Well, that is anything but bizarre. However, these were short-lived and growth in popularity of ice cream remained largely uninterrupted.
The decade of the 1900s witnessed many wars and many victors which celebrated with ice cream. In the United States of America, the president Ronald Regan declared July as the National month for ice cream.
